Chief Architect as the SaaS Management Platform grew past $50M ARR. Migrated container orchestration from Mesos to Kubernetes with zero downtime across 200+ microservices, re-engineered the integration platform for a 60% jump in velocity, and built automated CI/CD with safe rollback at scale.
Katalon
Chief Architect through Series A. Designed multi-tenant authentication and enterprise SSO, cut data-retention costs by 75%, and built the "Way We Work" framework that defined how the engineering organization actually operated.
FinQuery
Led platform engineering: turned weekly, downtime-laden releases into zero-downtime daytime deploys, drove MTTR toward zero with GitOps on ArgoCD, and generated $300K+ in annual cloud savings.
CINC Systems
Chief Architect over 24 engineers across 8 teams. Unified three separate logins into a single Auth0 identity with MFA, and set the modernization path for a legacy .NET monolith.
Along the way I supported technical diligence on funding rounds totaling more than $100M.
Why "throughline."
Most engineering problems aren't one broken thing — they're a broken line between strategy and execution. A clean architecture that never ships. A roadmap the delivery pipeline can't support. A hiring plan disconnected from how the teams actually work.
My whole career has been about connecting that line end to end: from the decision at the top to the software running in production. That's the throughline, and it's the thing I'm best at drawing.
I tend to be known for a few things in particular — modernizing platforms without taking the business offline, making releases safe and frequent instead of rare and scary, and giving engineering organizations a shared way of working that holds up as they grow.
